What a lovely place this is. They will try to make you feel at ease by their talks and stories about cycling. The people in here are really great advocates of bikes.

Quickest Flat-tire Fix EVER!!

I called in advance to ask how fast they could change/fix my flat tire because I had an appointment and had to go immediately. The guy on the line (Mike) said they weren't too busy at the moment and could probably do it in 15 minutes. Yeah! But as I came in, I saw that a few other folks had just entered ahead of me!! Well, I flagged down one guy who said Mike was downstairs, but offered to fix my tire situation. He was great -- THANKS, Cedric!!!

There is absolutely NO reason to go to ANY OTHER bike shop but this one. I bought my bike from them 4 years ago and will only purchase any biking/tri gear from SID'S!

I've been to all the other shops, and they are okay. They are sometimes knowledgeable, for the most part. But if you want to feel at HOME at the place where you get your bike, where they will be FAMILY (which your bike shop SHOULD be because you're not only making an investment on a good piece of machinery, but you will continue to go to - whether you have flat tires, need tune ups, or equipment replacement over the years),...

i hate bike shops that the employees do not know what they are selling and read the box. i can read a box myself. --- LUCKILY that is not the case here. They know everything about everything relating to bikes. The know all their products.
