As far as shopping malls go, this one is beautiful. Set right on the River Walk and attached to the Marriott River Center hotel, this mall is a dining, shopping and entertainment mecca. Although anchored by Foley's, Dillard's and an AMC movie theater, the mall offers scores of specialty shops and gift stores, as well as one of the largest parking garages downtown. Musical groups and dance...

There's a festive atmosphere at this bustling, light-filled mall, fostered, among other things, by its location on an extension of the San Antonio River. You can pick up a ferry from a downstairs dock or listen to bands play on a stage surrounded by water. Other entertainment options include the IMAX theater, the multiple-screen AMC, and the Rivercenter Comedy Club. The shops -- more than 130...

Rivercenter Mall extras include music events in the ""lagoon,"" a contained area of the river where tour boats turn around and pedestrians access the Riverwalk. Otherwise, all of...
Beautiful mall. Lots of store and returants. Very great location. When u want to cool off from walking around the river walk. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

They have expanded a whole new section to include a Dave and Busters, Yardhouse and soon to open Margarettiville! More shops on the Wing past the movie theater to include the new and bigger Starbucks. One of my favorite places is Gharadelli's...
Just your average mall. Nothing special. They did seem to have a pretty decent food court. Eh, you been to one mall, you been to them all.
On a weekend trip to San Antonio I was told it was a must to see the 45 minute Alamo film at the Rivercenter Mall. The mall was beautiful inside with a good variety of stores, and the film was great. However, not sure it was worth the $12 IMAX fee for only 45 minutes.
If you are looking for Texas specific souvenirs this really isn't the place for you. It has all the same shops as any mall in the US.
