The water was not hot and we had to call the front desk about it. Once we called they were already aware of the issue but we were not infomed the night before when we checked in. We did get hot water, but we had keep checking as none ever called our room to let us know it was working again

Value and Location

Title says it all. Can’t beat the price and a really good spot to get to anything and everything in the city.
Didn’t try the food but the staff were friendly all the way around.

We had a great room on the 7th floor with a view of the Empire State Building. The staff was responsive and helpful in making our weekend in New York really special. Special shout-out to Front Office Supervisor Andrianis Mendoza for the extra-special treatment!
