ServPro is great at providing empty promises during a time of crisis. Sales people are convincing and tell you what you want to hear to get you to sign on, but they don't deliver and the workmanship is questionable. The crews are unprofessional, poorly trained and not supervised. In the end, they did reimburse me for "missing" items and corrected all the issues. Think twice about using this...
