Servpro is good at providing empty promises during a time of crisis. The sales people are convincing to get you to sign on, but a lot of excuses once on board. The crews are poorly trained and unsupervised. The work is sub-par. If you do hire them, you have to hound them which they don't appreciate and always be home when the workers are there. The Company was good at resolving all the issues to my satisfaction. Unfortunately it was a struggle to get there.
