Regarding restoration work after hurricane Sandy. I just wanted to let everyone know that Servpro told me they introduced a $125 fee to come round and give a quote, and that this fee was introduced after hurricane Sandy hit.

Servpro of Hoboken/Union City charges a $125 fee to come do an estimate and then they don't call to tell you they're not going to bother showing up.
