A friend of mine recommend Serenity and they were awesome. Excellent and friendly customer service; they packaged everything expertly and even dismantled and reassembled by bed inside a loft space. This was not an easy move either as they had to move me into a walk-up (and I live on the top floor)... highly recommended!

I had an excellent moving experience with Serenity. They came within their time window, and they were clearly very professional and efficient (watching them put things into large bins with wheels and tape them for steadiness was inspiring).

So far, Serenity has been anything but. More like a nightmare. Horrible customer service. Using materials we never asked for, put furniture like nightstands and mattresses in boxes when they...

Such a great experience and the movers were fast, efficient and careful. They really knew what they were doing! As far as moving goes, they made it as serene as possible.
