Love Sephora but this location is a madhouse. I should not have been surprised that a Sephora in Times Square would be swamped with locals and tourists a like.

Worst sephora location. Hot and claustrophobic also slow service. How do you have 1 person on register during a holiday and during rush hour makes no sense but I will never shop here again. Ridiculous I should get some free make up just for the grief and aggravation. Ugh

I will get right to the point with Sephora! I LOVE IT!! Whenever I am in the city, and there is a Sephora around, I have to go in and buy something, even if I don't need it (which I never do because I have a millionnn makeup products at home, still not used). If I do need something, ex. foundation, I will leave with 5 or 6 other things. Point is Sephora has many brands to choose from. The associates are very helpful. If you need any kind of help they will always help you.
