I purchased a recliner chair after trying a floor model at the 898 N MIami Beach location. After the purchase was made, I was told they did not have it in stick but could be picked up at 900 International Parkway, Florida, 33325.We arrived and were not able to open the box. They only allowed us to peek in to make sure it was the right color. When we got home, we realized this item was damaged....
