Where can I start? I took my car to Sears in Coral Gables for an oil change and to replace my brakes. They told me my card would be ready by 12:00pm, I called and they told me the car was ready....

Horrible customer service; inattentive staff neglected to inform that the car was ready for pickup and were not knowledgeable on their product. Won't be returning to this location, save yourself...
