If I could, I'd give Sears zero stars. This is by far the worst company to can possibly hire to work on your house. What an absolute scam! Run the other way and run fast!
You will give all the standard corrupt business practices: transfer person to person, no call backs, completely false information, tireless lies and just overall a company you want to avoid at all costs.

Run, don't walk, to another place. Sears Home Improvement is HORRIBLE at providing service. They sold me, and now fail to honor, a service agreement. When you call they transfer you from person to person, and even told me recently their policy is not to release addresses (so I could send a letter) or respond to questions in writing (so I could actually hold them to something). Liar liar...
