Today, August 3 2017, is the 4th time a tech has been to my home to fix the same refrigerator since July 22, 2017. The food loss for which they will reimburse me for is not adequate but acceptable. My technician was very polite, prompt, and efficient. He checked my refrigerator and freezer, listened to what had been done previously to address the problem, and promptly installed a new icemaker. I could not have had a better experience.
