Sam is professional, courteous and has always been on time. If for some reason he is delayed or cannot meet he deadline he calls well in advance to reschedule and is apologetic for the delay. He freely makes excellent suggestions and is patient in answering all our questions. Highly recommended.

This is the best contractor I have ever had the privilage to do business with. They made the entire process easy, fast and efficient. We were led step by step through each process and with no surprises. They finished our 625 sq ft add on in less than 3 months and under budget. You would be crazy to go with anyone else.

We started are project about 2 weeks ago so it is not completed yet, but so far Sam Nowak and Son's have been great. We are very happy with are choice.
