Beautifully decorated high end Peruvian restaurant that promises a great dining experience. Ceviche is outstanding, as are the other items on their well thought out menu. Great sangria (made with Inca Kola instead of sprite/chinotto - a nice twist) and assortment of pisco-based drinks. ABSOLUTELY SUPERB. I had been to La Mar for the first time in March and my experience had been fantastic, so when I needed to look for a great restaurant to host a business dinner, I did not hesitate and contacted Raquel, the GM at La Mar. Not only did she reply immediately and accommodated 7 of us, but she also placed us upstairs when it wasn't even open so that we could work/dine comfortably....

Wow just read the review from FFfF35 and I could not have said it better! THE SERVICE WAS BEYOND BAD..waited 40 minutes for a table when people arriving were being seated ahead of us. WE HAD reservations! Seated at a table and waited 30 minutes for a waiter..too tired to write about the under marinated ceviches or my wife's cooked halibut which was sushi! I will not bother to give the rest...
