My daughter ordered her bridesmaids' dresses and maid of honor dress along with a veil at Ruth's bridal. We were pressured to ""hurry up to get our order in so that they would be back in on time. The veil that came back was the wrong one, and the dresses came back late without the matching jackets. I feel that they just told us whatever to get our money for the sale but do not stand behind what they tell the customer. The dresses there are beautiful but the customer service is sorely lacking. I would not recommend this business.

GREAT Experience! I had been to several Bridal Shops throughout Lexington and could not get anyone to speak to me let alone help me try on dresses. Danna, my consultant, was fabulous! She pointed me in the right direction, did not pressure me in any way - I found the PERFECT dress for a very reasonable price and feel great about my future purchase. I would recommend Ruth's to anyone I know in the market for a wedding dress. I recently purchased my dress there and it was a great experience. The sales staff was incredibly knowledgeable, listened to what I wanted, and found the perfect dress for me! Unlike other stores, where I had to dig through racks myself to find what I wanted (even after making appointments with consultants..) the people at Ruth's showed me dresses just like I asked for.

Pros

+ Had lots of dresses I hadn't seen anywhere else, very unique! Service was great!

Cons

- It is a little pricey, but definitely worth it.

I had a wonderful experience at Ruth's. The owner is more than willing to help make planning a wedding easy on the bride. Not only did I get my wedding dress there but I got all of the tuxedos, bridesmaids dresses, mother's gown, and even a chocolate fountain! The owner delivered the fountain herself to my wedding reception to set it up. She was wonderful! It really was the best decision I ever...
