Outstanding venue to watch the Kentucky Wildcats play. Concerts are decent, the acoustics are not that great compared to other arenas.
I love Rupp, but we really need something larger for Basketball. And I have to say, I went here for a concert recently and the acoustics are terrible. Probably time for a few upgrades to our old Rupp!
I was there for the event for the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce. The venue is great, the service is sub par. the food was truly poor quality. We try to go to a UK ballgame at least once a year. For BIG BLUE fans there is no better place! It's always loud and exciting.
The seats in this arena are WAY to close together. There is simply no room to move. If you are tall, your knees will be against those in front of you. You can sit on bleacher type seats up in the top section but they are very steep. I like the atmosphere, but I hate the seating.
