Unusually indifferent service, almost bordering on rude, as if i was bothering her by ordering coffee. May be limited to one woman who took my order, but certainly not like other Starbucks employees.

I'm a huge fan of small business, so I'm going to go to the locally owned cafe nine times out of ten, but if I'm in a hurry that tenth time is when I will go to Starbucks. That being said, I'm usually getting a bottle of water and maybe a paninni. Coffee of course, is best left for the pros.

This is a decent Starbucks location because there's a good amount of parking (in the mall parking lot or along University Ave), and the workers are so friendly! The only cons that I have experienced is that there isn't much seating inside, and there will most definitely be a line in the mornings/early afternoons.
