Quality of the product is equal to the spot on Fulton Street. Customer service has sucked both times I've been there. Still will go, because the product is awesome.

Having grown up treasuring my grandmother's Argentine empanadas and the hard work that goes into making them, I was thrilled to walk into Ruben's the first time.
