The roto rooters were called around 730pm. They arrived at my house within a half hour of calling. I was so impressed with the service. everything was explained so perfectly

I'm a resident of New York, NY who experienced problems with my bathtub faucet - it kept on leaking until it reached the point where water was gushing out rapidly even when the faucet was in the OFF position. It got so loud that I could hear the water even with the bathroom door closed.

I called Roto-Rooter late that same night when the problem was exacerbated and within an hour, Plumber AL#476 was in my apartment to assess the problem. Plumber AL#476 temporarily fixed the faucet until he could return in the day because some parts had to be purchased in order to resolve the leaking...

We had been having troubles with our ancient loo for sometime. One evening it finally collapsed and would no longer flush. Roto-Rooters came to the rescuse within a couple of hours. The service was superb - friendly, reliable, effecient! If you ever have any plumbing issues you can rely on these guys!!

Last year, I accidentally dropped a small bottle of Vick's in the toilet which lodged stubbornly in the toilet's pipes and would not budge. Quickly realizing that all the wishing and plunging in the world would not fix the toilet, my husband and I called Roto-Rooter. A plumber came out promptly, within the hour, and it was even a Sunday.
