I have paid for window screens through RHC to have them installed in three windows. It took the screens a little longer to arrive because they were a custom size. When they finally showed up, the man who came to install them, who was very nice, said that he made a mistake in measuring and that they didn't fit. He said that he would have to order new ones and that I would have to wait longer. ...

Rokwell was extremely responsive and went beyond what was necessary to finish the project. Prior to hiring, I had gone through a few different contractors and had an extremely hard time with getting them to finish the work, or even showing up. Thankfully I found Rokwell randomly on the internet, and was so happy and grateful they came to not only finish the job, but also fix what was done wrong...
