From start to finish, the staff was friendly and genuine. My car was done in time and I was out the door. The gentleman gave me a full report on my car which was awesome. Keep up the good work!

I don't mean to be rude, I Have never purchased from you nor have i ever stepped a foot on the lot. I do however get mail from time to time.
In this mail you include a box and paper with a chance for matching numbers. Boxes that contain a small battery, which my son (thankfully) brought to my attention while scolding me for not recycling the paper.
Had my young 2 year old daughter gotten that...

We bought a brand new truck and they did not include the pieces to put the license plate on with. When my husband went to pick them up they charged him for them. We just bought a 38,000 truck and you can't give us the pieces that were supposed to come with the truck?
