They charge you an obscene amount to add someone to your household even if you're married and have no reason for why it cost so much. They have electronic mechanisms on the doors instead of regular keys that will fail at times leaving you or guests locked out. You can't have a cigar without people complaining due to poor ventilation. The bike room is extra free, the gym is extra fee with cold...

The Building. It's very clean, friendly doorman/concierge staff, decent gym/pool/tennis courts on the 3rd floor, if your apartment is facing west then you'll have great views of the Hudson (especially at sunset).
