They were very proffesional, unlike some other place in town that claims ""When we say free we mean free."" Rite rug was the least expensive place by far and did a great job. Product got in really quick and was installed the day after it got there. Worked with Aaron and Alan and they were incredibly helpful, I can't imagine anyone knowing as much about flooring as the two of them. Love you guys! Our Floor is beautiful.

The carpet that we paid for and had installed was NOT the quality level we were led to believe it was. It is less than 2 years old and we are going to get rid of it totally. Should have gone to Lowe's as planned - but we were sold a bill ...

Highly recommend this store for anyone looking for flooring. Store manager was more than helpful with his experience and knowledge. Product was great and it even came in faster than we anticipated. Customer service was excellent. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks Rite Rug Warehouse Store!
