They were very proffesional, unlike some other place in town that claims ""When we say free we mean free."" Rite rug was the least expensive place by far and did a great job. Product got in really quick and was installed the day after it got there. Worked with Aaron and Alan and they were incredibly helpful, I can't imagine anyone knowing as much about flooring as the two of them. Love you guys! Our Floor is beautiful.

This place is the pits! There are basically 2 employees - one, Aaron is totally inept! He took 3 weeks to respond to me with a quote and then when I went to pay to order the carpet he told me there were more steps that needed to be taken first - like COMING OUT TO MEASURE the vinyl. In other words, AFTER 3 weeks he told me he needed to come measure...AFTER almost paying for the material he told...

I would like to express my dissatisfation with the services of Rite Rug located at Brighton Place Shoppes 3090 Helmsdale Place in Lexington. On June 2th I ordered $1,579.30 of Formica Quintessa laminate flooring and spent $1,003.79 for installation. I was told the installation would be completed in one day. The installers have been to my house on 4 separate occasions and it is still not...
