Pharmacy's managers Asian Woman & ""Nemos ""guy not good

Every time I go to their Pharmacy's manager, Asian Woman & ""Nemos ""black haired guy working there have an nasty attitude .I called to make a complaint to the manager , this guy ""Nemos"" pretended to be the manager , knowing I was going to complain... He also said their was no Asian woman working there .... he was lying . Hope the Administers see this. Both of these characters guess they couldn't get a doctor's degree and can see why ?
They are rude ,bossy, think they are too cool .
I don't need to go there and I won't anymore.

I don't understand how pharmacies like Rite Aid are still around, when Duane Reade destroys them in every aspect....except for the employees. No matter...
