Awesome. I went here thinking I was in decent shape and quickly learned that there are, indeed, many levels of "in shape." And I had many levels through which to crawl. Rick B's a great trainer....

i ALMOST decide to proceed with trainer and private gym at rich barretta but i went with other trainer and gym (by my friend's referral).

however, i do have to say rich barretta private training is a very nice location and training. CLEAN. SLEEK. i met one of managers or owners, we both sat, chat, and noted about the benefits at the gym. he gave me a tour and discussed about MY goals; i felt very confide about this gym and one of his trainers. everyone is very nice...

i would go for this rich barretta if something did not workout my current trainer.
