I wish to strongly discourage anyone and everyone from using this possibly criminal organization. Read the reviews across the internet, see through the shill postings, and make up your own mind. My appliances were broken and items were stolen. Jose Nieves lied to the Better Business Bureau in his response to my complaints. There needs to be an investigation of this company.

Regina's Maid service has got to be the worst service ever. They break things, leave dirty rags behind, leave cleaning solution on your wood without wiping it off, decide when they want to show up and then decide to take all you products home with them. The worst service ever! Not to mention they must not have know that I was Puerto Rican and could totally understand everything they were saying as they were discussing how disgusting it was to have a dog right in front of me. No class, and worst of all a waste of money.
Regina's Maids are the best show around. Great communication and a fair price. Cleaners also communicated and showed up on time. Amazing.
