Very affordable, close to campus and all seven hospitals, 24 hour Kroger within three city blocks- the old manager is gone and the new people have a full 24 hr staff. I liked living at Regency Manor because the staff was very friendly and honest good working people. Whenever something needed fixed it was done, and done right. Would refer to anyone.
