I'm sorry. The girls are very nice but they have no idea of what they're doing. No even the basics like how to hold the scissors. I don't think they are ready to touch a real person's hair. Is just not fair even if it is just 9$ the haircut. I took my kid to have a haircut and now I don't now what to do wit the horrible haircut. I have to pay someone to fix this mess.
