Reasonable price, and reasonable guy; did a very good job fixing my samsung 42" lcd; and not rude at all, he seemed like a very polite man who gets the job done.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! He showed up started looking at the TV then said "Not what I expected" then threw his hands in the air and said "I'm out of here!" I had to literally run after him to find out what was going on then he said "this is way more than I thought, I can't fix it!!" jumped in his car and left!!!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

He never showed up for the appointment and never called to cancel. I had to call him after the time had passed to ask is he still coming to service my TV and all he said was "Oh, no I cant make it today!"

He spoke very good English. I was able to understand him. He quoted a "no fix no pay" policy and when he got to my placed he told me the set could not be reasonably fixed and charged me NOTHING!

At first I was skeptical if I should go with Randy's because the reviews i read about him and also called someone about getting my Samsung LCD HDTV repaired, and he told me Randy had a bad reputation, but since he was charging me an arm an a leg i decided to go with Randy anyways. Like the other reviews mention, he might not seem like a people person at first impression but he gets the job...
