STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!! My insurance company used them for roadside assistance (tow) for me and it was AWFUL!!!! They stated the original pickup time as 45 minutes, but the driver of the tow truck kept getting 'lost' and it took almost 3 hours for him to finally show.
