He offered to put in a new one (lift master) said "it was the best out there, Well it was installed three days ago, it has only been opened 8 times inwhich 5 of them it didn't work. I feel the guy that came out knew what he was doing, he was professional. My garage door is so quite now. The only thing is that it was a bit high priced. I was not ready to spend so much to repair it. But would recommend them to others.
