Although the staff is friendly and the food is plentiful and served often enough, I am concerned about the level of care residents recieve in this facility. My grandfather often would go unwashed for days and more than once I've seen him wearing the same leisure clothes he was dressed in the day before. I myself clipped his toenails after realizing the staff had let them grow for months without...

This facility is really nice and enjoyable. Grandfather stayed there for roughly 4-5 months. Always said good things about the caretakers. Plenty of activities for the people staying there as well. They were also very proactive when things got bad so we could get him the proper medical care.

Overall I have nothing but good things to say!

Do not send your loved ones here. They will die in short time. There were 2 articles in SJ Mercury News when patients died from neglectful care.
The staffs did not seem to understand dementia patient care. They yell and scream, shove medication in their face, and expect them to respond. They yell at my mom even though she hears perfectly, no hearing problem. There are no activities to...

My grandma was sent to this nursing home. Every time I visited her she was always so happy. She told me about how good the food was, and how everyone was nice to her. Even when my grandma left she still wanted to come back and get even stronger. With the program given to her she got a lot stronger and seemed happier. \r

There are MANY problems with this facility. #1 is the fact that the nursing staff is 100% Fillipino and the thickness of their accents makes communication difficult, even to a person with normal hearing. What happens when you're an elderly patient who is hearing impaired? Not only are you isolated from family, but your only way to express yourself is hampered by a barrier like language. The...
