They need someone at the jcp.com counter/customer service with patience and manners. I have never experienced a ruder person in a store. I went today and the guy working there had such a horrible attitude...I am most definitely not returning.

A good store, the staff, while not the friendliest staff ever, is helpful and that's all I ask. It's a bit of a maze, but the prices are good and it seems there's always a promo on stuff. Good for medium end brands like Levi's or Dockers, and overall a good experience.
