Good news first...they are cheap and fast, the $2 20 ounce drinks beat the $5 ones in the hotel market, and they delivered to our room free...the bad news?...the pizza was tasteless...made the pizzas from Domino's and the other fast chains seem like Giordano's...the ugly?...it was burned, one ugly pie...our family has never left a whole half of a pizza...

This pizza business is billed at Hyatt as gourmet quality. Far from it. Ordered 18" pie with 3 added toppings. Crust is nothing special, thin, but not crispy and lacked flavor. Cheese and toppings very sparingly applied-not enough if same was placed on their smaller size pie. Huge disappointment especially after viewing the brochure for the pizza.

Loved the casesar salads (which were HUGE portions). Pizzas were only average in my opinion, but you can't beat the convenience. Prices are what you'd expect for the area.

Don't waste your money. The pizza I received when I called for room service was a complete soggy mess. Never again!
