Help us make it rightI was recently charged $10,000 in dental charges on my Care Credit card when I had not even visited the location in over 2 years. I did not have this work done so I called and personally visited the location which resulted in absolutely no help and more frustration. Vital Dent refused to give me a straight answer or refund my money. They are 100% scam artists and since they refuse to refund my money, I have collected finance charges and interest of hundreds of dollars. It is outrageous that this place can continue to get away with these fraudulent charges. DO NOT GO TO ANY VITAL DENT! You will end with massive amounts of debt for work you probably never had done. Not to mention I doubt the dentists there are even licensed because my second opinion gave me a completely different story than the "dentists" at Vital Dent. And don't expect them to ever return your calls if they actually ever pick up their phone.
Vitaldent on Chambers is responsible for curing me of 20 years of Dentist Phobia. I hated dentists before Vitaldent!
But, VItaldent has changed all of that for me! They have the absolute best dentists and most caring staff in New York City.
I've never had a cavity in my life and all of a sudden, they tell me I needed 4. So I went to get the fillings and a cleaning. They cut my lip with the drill which I felt despite the novacaine! I looked in the mirror and I saw white flesh underneath, and my lip completely seperated! I showed them and they said it was just a split lip. I said a split lip doesn't cut in a circle so they finally admitted they might've done it. And said ""it's a surgical procedure, things happen."" So I guess they think it's ok that their patient walks out with a cut lip. They didn't even offer to clean up my...
No Pain with the surgery. Doctor Rick (on 23rd Street)was very professional with the procedure. And the rest of the staff is welcoming and warm.
My wife had a bad accident in the hospital. I the husband came by for a tooth removal that was hurting me. I loved the people that helped me. I brought my wife (for total oral rehabilitation) and she is doing O.K. The staff is pleasant and sweet, no complains.
I am very pleased with the friendliness and professionalism of the entire staff at Astoria. I would DEFINITELY recommend anyone to go to this location.
paid about a thousend dollars for ervice, used about six hundred, tryed to get my refund for about 3 months now, no returned calls, no customers service, NO ONE is n the office at any time, bunch of unprofessionals that got together to take people's money, stay away from them!!!
