Help us make it rightI have been using them for a few years and had always been happy with the results until recently. I don't need a lot of dry cleaning, maybe a shirt per month. The owner has started chastising me for expecting service when only bringing one shirt a month.
About a month ago I brought in a shirt and they begrudgingly said it would be delivered three days later. After two weeks I still didn't have the shirt so I went to the cleaners who insisted they delivered it, even showing me paper records that it was delivered.
My building keeps meticulous records of all deliveries and the log book...
