I went to see Dr. Eichorn for chronic migranes to do the botox injections. I will never do that again... he rushes in the room asks nothing about how Im doing or if my headaches are better or worse. Asks me to sit on the stool and goes to to "jabbing" me in the neck, face and head with a needle...no warning..nothing! I love how Dr Eichhorn takes the time to sit down and explain what is happening to me. He sees that I don't understand, and explains to me until I get it. I'm not a brain surgeon, I don't always see the benefits of doing things his way. I am hard headed, but I have listened to Dr. Eichhorn because he cares and it is obvious. I have not had a migraine is several years, my life has improved...

His MA was extremely rude and disrespectful. They ridiculed me for wearing lotion when none of my paperwork instructed me not to do so. He refused to even come in and talk to me. I will never go to him again or send any of my patients to see him either

The office staff are all very friendly. Dr Eichhorn was very thorough and to the point. He does have a stoic personality that may be read as "cold" (he is German I believe, so you may read his persona incorrectly). I was in and out very quickly with all of the information I needed regarding my issue. I would highly recommend him.

Going into the appointment I was not thrilled about the reviews but I needed to be seen pretty soon! He had great openings and the ladies at the front desk Chandra and Tabitha was extremely helpful!
