I have shopped with the Galls since 1969. I have hiked for many years and always looked at their store first for any equipment I needed. The only time service seemed to slide downhill for me was right before the store was bought out. I was not sure when they reopened that the service or the products would be any good but they are. Nice to know P-G responds to customers concerns. Obviously things got better after January as they should.
