We made an appointment with PHD to do a minor repair. Pete called to confirm and came on time. It was raining so he covered his shoes to not track dirt into our house. He quoted a price, did the job and was very pleasant to deal with. He provided an upgraded water valve at no additional cost from the original quote. I'll certainly have him quote when I need a plumber for larger jobs.

Contractor called back within two minutes. It was an emergency situation on a Sunday and contractor was able to come at exactly time she said he would. He was cordial and professional. Diagnosed problem and got it fixed quickly. Would definitely use him again.

Pete is extremely professional and pleasure to do business with. His quote and time estimates where very reasonable ( much more competitive that other estimates we've got) and he stayed true to his commitments!
