I've used this company several times for everything from virus removal to replacing the mother board to keep my 10 year old cpu alive. These guys are great. They do what they say they will do. The trick in these cases is to make all attempts at knowing what you are doing, and talking about, then approaching them with your issue, and allowing them to do their thing. They did me right best I can tell, Mauro has craft.

A friend suggested Phase 4 when my laptop died (I could see that it was getting power, but it wouldn't do anything). I called Mauro, he told me to bring it in, and within a couple of days, he called back to tell me that the motherboard was fried. Mauro found a new one, installed it, and it's as good as new. He …
