Hello! My old dog Tut used to see "HELEN" at the Brannon Road Pet Smart in Lexington, Kentucky. Tut is very old and frail. He was used to Helen who is no longer grooming at Pet Smart. Does any one know Helen and can tell me where she is working now and if she is still grooming? My old dog would thank you from the bottom of his big sweet heart!

I have never encountered such RUDE employees at a place of business. Horrible customer service at the PetSmart in Brannon Crossing. I will never take my dog back there and I will defintely be letting anyone I know with pets not to take there dog their for grooming. They have no customer service skills and on top of that they failed to cut three of my dogs nails. Go somewhere else!

The grooming has gotten poor. Just tried to take my two dogs to get their nails trimmed and was told it would be an hour wait. So I went home and tried to make an appointment for the next day. I was told they don't make appointments for nail trims, but yet I had to wait an hour. I was then suggested to come at 11 a.m. or 6 p.m. I'm sorry but I'm not paying you for your time and whats best for...
