Very honest. Rather than just going ahead and flushing my system (which could be several hours of work before anything was fixed), tech recommended waiting it out, running furnace and pointing some space heaters at the area where the like pipe freeze was. Petrie Plumbing scheduled me for an appointment the day I called, and Joe diagnosed the reason for my leaking kitchen sink quickly. He explained the problem, and quickly repaired the leak. Joe was professional and personable at all times. The cost was very reasonable. I was 100% satisfied with Joe and with Petrie Plumbing.
