Whatever you do DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY, HORRIBLE LAWYER and will get every dime he can from you and do absolutely nothing to help you. My five year old could have done a better job defending me. He charged me two grand for a misdemeanor and did not speak up for me to the judge one time. I should have took my friend's advice and got a court appointed lawyer.
I got two years probation and five years before coming off my record. This guy takes the award for being a thief. I see there are alot of people that feel the same way. Oh and by the way this was a first offense. Somebody should...

Fred Peters is the worst of the worst. AVOID!!!

Fred showed me a basement apartment, and promised repairs and cleanings by move-in date. After being repeatedly late throughout the process, and uncontactable, he shows up on move-in day LATE with the keys and the apartment was still UNCLEANED!

He threw a fit when I said I wanted it cleaned, and he said I was just looking for an excuse to get out of it. He started yelling and got belligerent, that is until I explained my military record and fighting experience.

Then he tried being polite again, but continued his under-breath...

my experience goes back about 10 hrs ago. I had a warrant for a bad check from 5 years before (went through a divorce and had kept same # and did a mail forward...but thatnis beside the point. I was wrong!) anyway, my husband thought I needed an attorney..... He called Fred Peters. He was so late to my arraignment I was finished. Judge set my bail and out I went. He went aheadandgave me my fine right then and there. Fred no where around. He said they started court early.WHATEVER! He was no use and still charged me for this! Heck I took care of it myself!

I have to say that Fred Peters is an excellent attorney. If you think you cannot afford an attorney you are wrong. You cannot afford to go to court without Peters. Retaining Fred Peters will actually cost you less than representing yourself as well as reduce your consequences. He is representing my son and I continue to be amazed at his abilities.

Mr. Peters has represented my children on my behalf and has done an excellent job at a reasonable charge. I would not hesitate to contact him again for any legal or criminal representation needed. My brother is a corporate attorney and usually defers me to my most trusted sources. Fred Peters is my most trusted source. I appreciale all he has done.
