This operation promises the world in terms of what they could do for your marble floors and counters (removing scratches, returning marble to it's original condition, etc. etc.) and to put it lightly, underdelivers. After spending $2,000 to get my foyer and kitchen floors worked on, they look like they've simply been washed. When asked to come back and resolve the issue, the owner promised to come back, made repeated appointments, but never showed up. They do not stand behind their word or their company. And, they do not answer their phones.
