I would not waste your money here!! My boyfriend and I moved in while I was pregnant because we were desperate to find a place within our budget. We had heard bad reviews but we were told they were taken over by a new managemnet so maybe things had changed! They are absolutely awful. Maintenance is very rude and disrespectful. We have boaches we move in with brand new furiture and within a month we find bed bugs roaches and fleas is like a carnival here hint the name boaches

Do not waste your money on this place!! The management here is the absolute worst and so is maintenance. We had a problem with our toilet running constantly, took 5 weeks to get it fixed!! They would come out and rig it to work for a couple flushes and it would break again. Finally after 5 weeks a different guy that knew what he was doing came out and fixed it. Took literally 3 mins to fix....

What business is that of yours, Patel? The issue and argument here is false advertisement which is illegal in most housing industries and the type of people who want to run management, but can't. In a recession, anyone can fall on hard times. Potential renters don't know about the living standards here.
