Never Showed for Kid's 4th Birthday Party

I booked party safari for my kid's 4th birthday party. I received a confirmation email, picked out the animals and spoke multiple times to the company (and Courtney). Everything seemed extremely professional until I started calling a week before the party. The phone kept going to voicemail with no return call. They never ended up showing up for the event. I believe they are trying to change their website and their name now. Be careful. This vendor is not recommended.

THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT THE SAME AS Party Safari fom CT!!!!I hired Jungle Jim from CT last year for my daughters birthday. He was amazing with the children and his show was educational and fun. However, when I called this "party safari" they said that they worked with jungle jim from party safari, which I found this was NOT the case. They outright DID NOT TELL THE TRUTH!!!!Fortunately I found Jungle Jim in time and he did a great job. His web site is "safarijim.com"
