Sigh~ I love to support local mom & pop businesses; and I go out of my way to support them instead of spending my money on greedy corporate cats... so this is going to be a tough review to write.

I've waited several days until I have calmed down to write this -- as to not write scathing review as I had initially intended.

I took my bike to this shop because they said that they do in fact work on the particular brand of bike, which I own. When I took the bike into the shop around 10:00am, the guy at the desk told me, ""yeah we'll try to have you out of here later today."" ...

I have always found the support of GUS and his staff to be incredible. THey are well informed no matter what year or madel they manage to find the parts. To me this means the difference between riding and watching others have fun. Go check out PARTS UNLIMITED and ask for GUS the owner to get your bike finished. His staff of mechanics rock. Plus he has a great selection of used bikes for sale

They really took the time to help me for a $50.00 water pump

I'm very pleased so far I am still waiting on the part to come but they said they already have it wrapped up to ship, I will write another review when I recieve the part.
Parts unlimited has been very helpful so far. and the part I ordered is no longer made or available from honda, it was the water pump cost $50.00 plus $20.00 shipping, My 1986 vg500 honda interceptor is starting to get harder to get parts for.

Pros

+ They have a compitant staff with a demanding job

Cons

- You must rely on thier integrity when you order parts

not very good at calling u back, i called to get a price for something they said let me look and i will call u back 6 hrs passed by than i ended up calling them back.

They had listed something on e bay a few weeks back that did not sell, they had it listed for $600 and $250 for shipping, and when i called them they said it's a 1,1000.
i dont even wanna name what they where selling for so much, lol cuz the hole bike cost a 1,000 more than they where selling the part to it...

Pros

+ they have a lot of parts used parts

Cons

- they cost way to much, for used parts

I love thor but every buisness I talk to say that parts unlimited give them a hard time returning the product. I am very sad to say that we are thinking of changing our brand because no one wants to carry thor products due to the trouble they run into in return policies. No buisness around me have thor so I drive to Saginaw to order special from riders and then they keep it and resell it if it...
