Do not use this cleaners. I gave them a brand new white shirt, and in return got a shirt that was worse off than when I gave it to them. Instead of saying they were sorry and they'd take care of it, they came up with excuses. The customer service was terrible.

worst dry cleaner ever

Two prior reviews have it exactly right. They ruin your clothes and tell you it's your own fault. They refuse to fix what they've screwed up or to give refunds. The owner pretends to be a tailor. He's just a guy with a needle and thread. I brought in a $200 pair of Theory pants to be hemmed. I don't know if they shrunk the pants or shortened too much. But the pants were ruined. Go up the block to Midway Cleaners and deal with professionals.

Loses clothes, destroys fabric, rude, and denies responsibility

Has lost a number of clothes, and ruined new clothes. States that it's your fault, and they won't reimburse you. Manager and owner are rude. Go somewhere else, and save the agravation.
