They called because I ordered the corn side dish which they didn't have, and I told them to just take it off, but they couldn't do it. Instead then I said I want the mash potato but they didn't have that either. So I took the fries but the fries was much cheaper then the corn I ordered from the beginning.

Pretty good sandwiches if you can get through the door without stepping in excrement from Wall St. protesters. I wasn't happy about having to wait in line to use the restroom/laundromat.

The best Panini ever. Ilive in Staten Island and I travel all the way to Manhattan to this location to enjoy theirs delicious Paninis. You most try.

I had an experience very similar to Zem after ordering in from the 115 Broadway location. Definitely do not order from this restaurant, as it is not worth the hassle. The food is only so-so and they mess up orders left and right. The management is borderline rude when you approach them about any issue. If you want a stress-free meal and good food, look elsewhere!
